Poetry, Short Prose and Walking

A freckly face does not disgrace
The simple beauty of her eyes,
Two stars who watch the midnight skies,
Two candles blinking warm replies,
Two windows opening a door
No one noticed there before.
Observe. Let beauty emphasize
How tiny freckles frame her eyes.

Linked to dVerse Quadrille hosted by Mish with the theme word “freckles”.
