This is your day to shine. You got an art piece you are proud of? Or a scene you feel is well written? Or a picture you think was amazing that you took? Share it! We always want to encourage creative projects. And we love seeing what you are doing.

So, This is where we talk about older books. Has your book been out a year or more? Tell us about it! Links and blurb, and maybe your next read will be in the comments below! We are always looking for our next read, and everyone asks about your newest volume.
Here, we show love to those books that are already out. Don’t have but one? Share it! Haven’t been published yet? Share your favorite author. Let’s make the comments pop with suggested reading!

We are looking for Faery tale twists. Got a story about little red riding hood from the hood? or maybe you have a story about the princess and the pea that is gender swapped? or some other variation on an old tale? We will also consider fresh fae tales with old fashioned ideas that has a modern twist. We are looking for the Creativity in telling an old tale in a new way.

All genres are welcome, as long as they follow the theme.

Requirements:

Story word count Minimum 3k – maximum 6k

Flash Fiction word count max: 1000

Art/Photography: up to five must be printable quality

Poetry/Haiku: up to 5 each per topic

Submission is to be sent as either an attachment or Google Docs Link. submission is to be accompanied by a bio and a picture (picture can be a logo or just the word faery, and I will put a faery clip art in the place )

Due by: February 1st, 2026

Specific Theme Story/Flash Fiction/Poetry/Art/Haiku/Photography.

This is a unpaid anthology. You will get an eBook copy and access to the author copy link to order copies if you want.

Editing is provided. If your story/poetry is in draft form it is still acceptable, however, it must be readable. Gore is acceptable, however, do keep it reasonable, no one wants to read gore for gore’s sake. We do not accept erotica at this time. We are here to showcase good indie authors and are more than willing to help those just getting started.

We will accept stories that have been published before, as long as you retain publishing rights. And we are informed of the prior publication (so that we can properly attribute it )

Discord is going to be used to facilitate the putting together of the anthology and sharing of Marking images. If this is going to be a problem please note it in the submission. This is not a disqualification, but it would help to know.
