Answering the Query Where and what all do you publish?

We publish a wide variety of books. Currently, we have a catalog that includes romance, horror, memoirs, children’s books, poetry, and fantasy. We are in discussions with authors of game books and a coloring book. We do each book on a case by case basis. This allows us to maintain the quality of the products we produce.

We use a wide variety of places for our Ebooks, using Draft2digital to assist us in distribution. We also distribute through Amazon and Google play directly. We use Barnes and noble for print – both hard and paper back editions. We also use Amazon to try and make it easier for people to find our books.

we update the reading list as we produce new books – www.books2read.com/rl/faecorpsllc

If you have other questions you want to see in this format send an email and I will see about doing them.

Answering The Query: Do you Pay?

Photo by John Guccione http://www.advergroup.com on Pexels.com

This is perhaps the first question asked when it comes to publication. We have two types of an anthology that we do.

Paid anthologies – These have limited slots. Usually 9 stories and 10 art/Poetry slots. We require the author of the stories to assist with the marketing. Those who do will receive 10% of the total royalties paid for the anthology. Those who do not or those that submit Poetry or Art receive 1% of the royalties. These anthologies are to promote the authors.

Unpaid anthologies- There are two types of unpaid anthologies. One is for charity where most of the royalties go to a specific charity based upon the anthology. The other the royalties go to keep our doors open. In both types, the authors get an ebook copy of the book in their choice of format. Also, the authors can go through us and get copies of the book at author prices.

Our indie authors who publish a book through us receive 75% of the royalties. We offer Editing, Layout, Cover Design, and marketing for the 25% we receive. (Though if the author chooses to bring their work already edited or a bought cover we do not complain.) We do require that the author cover the cost of the initial proof copy to make sure that the book looks like the author wants it to look. Otherwise, that is the only cost requirement for publishing with us.

I hope that this answered any questions involved in our pay scale.
