Ruan Bradford Wright was born and educated in the UK. She moved to the US in 1996 with her husband, 2 small children, and 5 large suitcases. She has published poems and short stories online and in print around the world. Her poetry chapbook thought-fish was published in 2009 by Moon Journal, and her mythopoeic novel Toe-rag will be published in 2023 by Fae Corps Publishing. She now lives in the south-western suburbs of Chicago in a little house on top of a hill, surrounded by trees, squirrels and other antic creatures which bring her the kind of news that matters to her.
