Upcoming Calls for submissions

We space our anthologies out so that we have time to get it done right. The ones right now will be released on Halloween. Then in November we are going to post the next one… But because of the holidays, we are going to give until the 31st of January for the submissions. It will release in the spring. We try to do a spring and a fall release, with a random one thrown in. 2021’s two anthology spring and Fall are already planned with the cover design. So be watching here for a Call for submissions the first week of November.

For the curious… I have added 3 upcoming titles to the categories. There are going to be more.

Announcement!

Meet the Author: Serena Mossgraves

Serena has been a constant in our anthologies so far. She wrote a story for Under The Mists and poetry for Faery Footprints. We are so happy to present Serena again.

Serena Mossgraves is a twisted faery with the urge to scare the unwitting reader. Her dark tales of nightmares excite the unwary. She has been seen prowling around looking for new tales to twist and share. She is an avid reader who has always enjoyed the more gothic settings. If you are not afraid to seek her out she is on Facebook at http://www.facebook.com/serenitysfall and will gladly visit with you there.

Meet the Author : Cyndi Pilcher

Ok, so I was trying to do that author list in the same order. I got distracted, and ended up oopsing. I missed our own Cyndi and Serena. I aim to fix that quickly. Today we introduce our very own Cyndi.

A wonderful writer good at telling tales of fantasy for the young and the young at heart.

She is half of Fae Corps, Inc. She is a dedicated gamer, who has been on Wow for several years.

She writes cute children’s books, and adventure filled young adult stories. Her blog, Redbird’s Storytime is a fun place where she shares updates and stories about her faeries.

She has a poem, and a story, in Faery Footprints. She also released a YA novel recently, A Royals Undoing. She has a children’s book out, with another that is being prepared for a re-release (due to a change in illustrator).

She credits her eighth grade teacher Mr. January with her love of writing. She said that she chose to be an Indie author because of the control it grants her. She has quite a lot of experience writing, over 35 years worth! We look forward to reading all of the stories that she has to tell!

Teaser Tuesday!

Ok… We will be sharing Meet the Author posts for Through the Sunshine starting later today… We still wanted to do the regular posts as well though.

Teaser Tuesday is where you show us what you are working on! Comment some of your newest W. I. P. Or even a bit of a blurb. Don’t have something that you want to share? Then point to another indie to boost their work. Be sure to look through the comments and boost up the ones posted!

Through the Sunshine

We are so pleased to present the ten amazing authors whose stories are going to be in Through the Sunshine. This week and next we are going to be posting spotlights to introduce them to you.

There are some great stories going into this amazing anthology. We are looking forward to a June Release date. Stay tuned here for more information about this anthology.

Prompt!

This looks like an entrance from the faerie realm. Does it inspire you? Write a poem about it and send it to us. We will feature it on our social media. Write a story and we may use it in Through the Sunshine – our upcoming anthology. Deadline was extended til Feb 14th at midnight!

Enjoy coming up with something and let us see what you got!

Happy Writing!
