So, we did a daily art prompt in May for Mermay. And it was fun. Would anyone be interested in us doing a daily prompt for Sketchtember? Or Drawtober? Leave your thoughts in the comments and if we have enough interest we will see what we can do.

They were asked to draw their favorite forest friend. The unique view from each of them is amazing. I hope they continue to create their dreams.

The art makes my heart so happy.

This is what they sent me today. I love the details. These Fae are just so creative.

This time I didn’t give them a prompt. They are so creative!

Well, Miss Pattimouse decided to take a break from the challenge for Memorial day…but our faery artists stepped up in a big way. The prompt today that was given was fin. They all did a fantastic job! I understand that the model for some of the art was a certain beanie baby (picture below for context).

I personally love the creativity and hope they continue!

So for those who are following our Pattimouse she has been doing the Mermay art challenge. The last art prompt she did was Turtle. Well we had some of our favorite faeries decide to attempt the prompt as well. Such creative artists. Let us cheer them on in hopes that they continue to be so creative.

Finding Me by Jennifer Elliott
I felt so lost
I have tried every business my friends have
I feel like I tried all the things
Each thing by all the mentors
Every suggestion
I have gotten nowhere
I found I needed to step back
Some things have changed
I love my kids
I love learning about what they love
I love my husband and finding out about his games
To learn their lore with him
The one constant is my loven of books
Of reading
Josh helped me find the world again
But in a new way
I still am a green and purple faery
I can still be a part of that world
I can now see my name i print
I joined the Corps
See my wings shine bright
